The association does not track owner occupied percentage rates at this time. The Association is able to provide the number of off site mailing addresses of the community only

Assessments are $228.85 per month. They are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 10th. Payments can be made online in your owner portal, or mailed to the HOA payment processing center.

At this time, we do not anticipate any special assessments.

Owners are responsible for maintaining and rekeying their mailbox. If you must replace your key, the Association requires that a licensed and insured locksmith is used to check the lock.
