New Painting Project

The Board has selected a new paint color that is intended to harmonize with the roof tile and existing infrastructure of the community. The buildings will be painted North Star (SW 6246), with accents Slate Tile (SW 7624) and Let it Rain (9152) per the attached photo. Schedules will be posted at the clubhouse and on each building giving owners and residents advance notice of painting.
