Nuisance is normally defined as something that interferes with the use of property of being irritating, offensive obstructive or dangerous. There are different types of nuisnaces such as private and public. Private nuisances is typically specific to a person use of property. would include odor such as marijuana smell, cigarette smell, dog barking etc. Public nuisance is a interference with a general public such as fumes effecting the entire neighborhood, items blocking a road or anything potentially affecting the health, safety or welfare of the general public.
