Great News! The new mailbox is scheduled to be installed tomorrow morning for the units who were effected by the vandalism last year

( Units 111-128 & 211-215)

New mailbox keys will be available for pick up tomorrow morning from 9 am - 10 am at the clubhouse. If you are unable to pick up the keys tomorrow morning at the clubhouse, keys can be picked up the rest of the week until Sunday April 10, 2022 from 12 pm - 1 pm or 5 pm -7 pm by knocking on Unit 711.

If you are unable to pick up the keys by Sunday, keys will be available for pick up at managements office starting on April 11, 2022.

IMPORTANT - If you have not provided the following below when picking up the mailbox gate key, you will need to provide the following when picking up your new mail key.

If the property is owner occupied, you will need to provide the following below:

1) License/ID- We will need a copy of your ID and it must match managements homeowners directory/Clark County Assessors Page (we will not accept expired IDs). If your property is under a trust/LLC, please bring documentation confirming you are an authorized representative/officer.

2) If the address on the ID does not match the property address, a copy of an active utility bill will need to be provided.

If you are an authorized tenant, you will need to provide the following:

1) Copy of your lease for HOA/Managements records:

- If your lease is month to month, you will need to provide most utility bill

2) License/ID - Address on ID matching the unit number at the property.
