Mailboxes Vandalized

As you already may be aware, over the weekend it was reported that the mailboxes were broken into and vandalized. Management has met with the mail carrier and they will only deliver mail to the boxes that have a functioning USPS Access Door.

The HOA has already sent a work order to a contractor to provide the Board a proposal to repair the USPS Access Doors.

In the meantime, please do not put any mail inside the outgoing mail. Also if you are expecting mail and do not see it in your box, please visit your local post office until the Access Doors have been repaired.
