Overloading Dumpsters

Per Republic Services, overloading the dumpsters includes any trash or items that exceed the top of the rim on each container. Please note that the association is charged an overloading fee each visit when the dumpsters exceeds the top of the rim. Bulk pick up is not offered by Republic Services when living inside a condominium community. It is important that owners dispose oversized items appropriately and not near the side of the container. When items are left outside the dumpster, the HOA has to dispatch a vendor to remove the items which is an additional expense to the budget.

Between buildings 5 & 6 in the parking lot there is a larger dumpster that can be utilized for items that are larger or if dumpsters nears unit is full.
